vintage

with its large market and many shops, Granville Island is busy on weekends, and so a good place for buskers...this man was singing some great French songs from the 1930s and 40s, as well as some of his own compositions in a similar style...I thanked him for the photo-op by buying one of his CDs....for the guitaristas, that is a vintage Gibson he is playing

An amazing old Gibson! I'll bet the sound was neat. Glad you purchased a CD. Always nice to give these hard working musicians some support. It looks cold but the image is warm with his friendly smile and rich wood guitar. V

Great portrait of this musician with his well-worn guitar. Must be difficult playing outdoors in the cold weather. V
