the call

after a full day of photo rambling around Canyonlands NP and Dead Horse Point, we headed back along Hwy 313 towards Moab, tired and hungry...still we were unable to resist the call of the light from the setting sun illuminating the landscape, and pulled off the road for a further look...there is a partial rainbow (or sun-dog) above the distant butte

Yes, you can't leave just when the light calls.... and you made the most of that wonderful light by including both fore and background. The rainbow is a last sigh from mother earth at the end of day. V
