the view north-west from Canada Place...to the left the new convention centre juts into the inner harbour, across the water is the dark patch of Stanley Park, to the right of it (with over-exposed sign!!) is a floating gas station for boats, the necklace of lights adorns the Lion's Gate bridge, and behind are rows of West Vancouver houses on the lower slopes of Cypress Mountain

from early tomorrow, Monday, I will be off visiting family and old friends on 3 different islands, and will be back home towards the end of the week.
