Vancouver area weather forecasters often predict either ‘sunny with cloudy periods’, or ‘cloudy with sunny periods’...it can be difficult to tell the difference

Either way, this forecast delivered the conditions for a lovely shot by you. I like the touch of red on the person in the lower left corner: it draws in the eye and gives a sense of scale. -v-
