Splendid tree frog, Pelodryas splendida

Mornington Sanctuary, WA.

The second largest species of tree frog occuring in Australia, the Splendid tree frog lives up to its name err.. splendidly.
They are a robust species that usually lives in deep crevices close to water, foraging at night for invertebrates.
