A bright fireball and the core of our galaxy lighting up the night sky above Lac des Servières, France. The meteor was an early April Lyrid, one day ahead of the maximum of the 2015 shower.
As can be seen in the next images, it left a quickly dispersing bright trail that was visible for more than 20 minutes to the camera.
