Orion's Sword (M42,M43,NGC1977)

Both nebulas are among the most splendid sights in the skies. M42/M43 is mostly an emission nebula(red) with some parts being a reflection nebula(blue), while NGC1977 is mostly a reflection nebula ( blue). The last one is also called "Running Man Nebula" because of its distinctly shaped embedded dark nebula.
