Viennese Veal Cutlet

Budapest (Hungary)

Originating in Austria, but a favourite all over eastern Europe.
A thin slice of veal coated in breadcrumbs and fried.
The traditional way is prepared from veal
though in Hungary it is also popular from pork.
Side dish can be French fries or just salad.
The Viennese version comes with a slice of lemon.
