You just gotta love technology ... I am eating this food while I'm editing and uploading the file. Oh, and it's at least as good as it looks. I'm sure camera's will soon be able to capture smell and taste as well. Until then, you'll just have to take my word for it that it's yummy. Post-processing was only to adjust levels.

This is an Eggplant Parmigiana recipe my husband just learned at school (another thing to love ... a husband that goes to Cooking school :) I just assembled the left-overs from last night's dinner and reheated and photographed.

In a couple of hours I'll be joining the masses on the road to get to see the family for Thanks-giving. I hope you all have a save and fun one (assuming you are celebrating). I'll be taking my PAD photo every day, but won't be posting again until Sunday or Monday. Take care everyone!
