08 April 2004

I know it hasn't been long since I actually set up a fork/shadow shot at home, but when we sat down at dinner in a restaurant tonight I just couldn't help taking this one. I liked how the two corners were in shadow and then that beam of sunlight right across the forks ...

In post-processing, I split channels again (that seems to be turning into my favorite way to convert to b&w), selected the red channel, tweaked contrast, toned, resized, USM and added border and signature.

other sizes: small medium original auto

How a shade can turn a simple eating helper in an agressive weapon. Excellent seen and fantastic shot
