Good thing I'm a messy person ;) I had no idea what to shoot today, and with about 15 mins to go before we were leaving for a really nice dinner, I had to come up with something fast. So, I saw this bottle that I had played around with earlier this week and not yet put away, and noticed the writing at the bottom. Next thing I knew, I had it balancing upside down on a lightbox, deliberately picked the "wrong" whitebalance. Then, I just had to flip it 180 degrees, adjust levels a tad, slightly crop, resize, add border and signature and there you are. :)

Well done for a last minute pad, you certainly can't tell. It makes me think about old bottles you see washed up on a beach.
