I met and enjoyed visiting with this nice gentleman at Delta Ponds. He lives nearby and visits often. Will likely see him again sometime.

Very nice result here Vern, perfect DOF, excellent subject clarity with spot-on skin tones and color. The D600 is doing a fine job.

That turned out really nice. Even shallower DOF would have been better but still a very nice portrait, angle on his face, the right hat shadow. Linda S

Most photographs tell a story, this fine candid makes me imagine this mysterious chap in his hat with a rolled up newspaper under his right arm, saying 'zee swallows are leaving early this year' A still from a spy thriller!
