Old Vault From Company Store - Wendling Oregon

Years ago, there was a nearby town called Wendlng. It was a logging town with a large mill, and a thriving community of good size. Today nothing remains except for a relic or two. This is one.

Looks like all the guesses have it covered - small jail cell or a vault. Very pretty image and a nice bit of nostalgia. I wondered the same as Jack. Is it HDR?

With the thickness of those concrete walls, this was an important building of some kind. The processing in this image makes it look like an HDR shot.
