Universal Egg II.jpg

This is the centerpiece of the Queeen Califia's Magical Circle sculpture garden in Escondido California. Quite the amazing place - the colors are dramatic, but since this is a Monochromatic challenge here they are rendered in B&W. More info on the Garden is at www.queencalifia.org for anyone interested. My first visit to the garden this past weekend is the basis for several of the shots in this challenge.

A difficult shot of a gigantic egg Jim. Can't believe you haven't been there before. Allow me to be so presumptuous as to include a link for my Queen Califia's Magical Circle Garden Gallery which is also under constructions.

We should go shooting there together one of these days. :)

This works beautifully in monochrome! Almost reminds me of the Dali egg with Gaudi mosaics. :^) V.
