Walter: I was particularly amazed at the 1D3's AF parametric flexibility, and, ultimately, its ability to track my soon moving freely in two axis, and lock him *behind* the chains, not only on this shot, but in others as well.
I am positively convinced that the 1D3's AF is truly a step above my old-and-venerable 1D2N's AF.

Great shots. I am shooting with Mark IIN cameras and am thinking about upgrading to Mark III body.
Would you recommend this? Have read all over the net about focus tracking issues.
