I disavow any knowledge of this facility, its purpose and its location. However, if the title were removed from the door, the unkempt appearance would provide excellent cover---unless The Enemy is looking for an unkempt galactic headquarters. Heads will roll because of this unauthorized, unacceptable, and uncalled-for breach of security.
