I'm with Dave. Only, I think Frank Lloyd Wrong was at his peak here.

This building, designed by Frank Lloyd Wrong, is periodically open to the public for tours. Having been on several of these excursions, I can say with authority that the building pictured here is a vast improvement over its former condition. The mayor is at the forefront of efforts to improve the city's image and greets the appreciative visitors who come to gawk and gasp at the structure and at the landscaped grounds in which it is so lovingly situated. Tour dates are scheduled using the Shepheardes calender (mentioned in comments here:http://www.pbase.com/john_cooper/image/45063243 ).
