12 Kingsway Crescent

This is a replacement home built around 2001 after many protracted legal and planning issues. The house that was demolished was built in 1927 for T.T. and Lilian Rathbone, profession Manufacturer, and most unusually was built in the American Spanish Colonial Revival style. A detailed description of the demolished house can be found in "Kingsway Park, Triumph of Design", page 17
