While the aspect of law-breaking is important, what gets me excited is the subject of post-construction clean-up. The Notner ethic demands that the appearance of a construction site be returned to its former state after completion of construction. That ethic is well demonstrated here---I could hardly tell that any work had taken place. Impressive.
