My HO scale Balboa/KTM F-5 class 2-10-2. The model was painted by Clyde King, decals are by Foothill Model Works (FMW). I applied the FMW decals directly to the loco which was painted with Scalecoat paints. Note I haven't yet sealed the decals, nevertheless you cannot see any decal film! I'll gladly boast that my decal skills are among the best seen, though part of the credit goes to the FMW decals, featuring probably the thinnest carrier film used in the industry. FMW's decals are FANTASTIC and very accurate; you'll be very pleased with the results. Decal artwork is by Charlie Givens, a highly respected SP steam loco historian and lettering expert. The loco still requires some light weathering, in particular around the running gear and side rods, and a light dusting from above.
