Big residential building by architect Carel Weeber (designed 1979, built 1980-1983) with 549 appartments in the shape of a paper clip. The name also refers to the then mayor Bram Peper.

Ha Ernst, mooi hoor dit, bijna surrealistisch, doet me ook denken aan de optimistische jaren vijftig architectuurfoto's. Technisch lijkt het door de grote dynamiek verwant aan HDR-foto's, maar dat heb je niet gedaan neem ik aan. Knap werk!
