Stop - Arret

things are pretty topsy-turvy in Ottawa these days..
Parliament has been prorogued (go look THAT up in your Funk and Wagnalls); a new Liberal leader chosen; we still might end up with a coalition government...
oh, and the bus drivers went on strike in the middle of a blizzard.. and there were no taxis..

but that was OK.. we all enjoyed the walk to & from dinner - in spite of the snow and freezing rain!

I've bein prorogued for ten years, and i'm only poorer for it, no big deal. I still smile even in winter. Excellent capture.

The parliament is falling!!!! Great allegory Nancy. Hate strikes and freezing rain.

You Canadians and your fancy words. In DC we just call it shutting down the government. Not that you could tell the difference one way or another.
