This place/scene doesn't exist. It's a composite of many different images. The signs, the statue, the billboards, even some of the cars wer all added in post. Well done!
Your verticals are vertical here, giving a much more dramatic look to your wide-angle than the focal length would normall warrent. Did you use a T/S lens or did you correct via software?
