The picture doesn't do full justice to the setting. This spider web was hanging in an open space, approximately 2 feet below the pine tree above, and 2 feet above cedar trees below. The spider built it on a windy day and why the architectural structure held for a couple of days, the spider himself kept slipping from his position.
