Amigo, I am very happy that you're finally back, hopefully you will get some well deserved rest during the holidays ! Yet, I guess you spent recently too much time in undercover photographic ventures while taking aerial shots of suspiciously looking buildings in Philly, likely cultivating marijuana or cabbage for bupkas and borsch ?! Thus, I don't blame you for seeing KGB ghosts on every corner of this tranquille Czechish town, as just one lightened oil lamp on the left might be a sign of the failure of all their rebel activities ?!

Hello Eldar. No doubt about it, this is indeed the secret headquarters for the underground Czechian Rebels. The posting of the clowns outside this supposed toyshop shows the disdain and contempt these fearless insurgents have for the KGB and how they simply laugh at their enemy. But when it comes to taking arms agains the Russians and the KGB, these Czechians do not "clown around." Michael.
