Yap, it is very tasty stuff indeed :-). Now, in my wife's interpretation it has been cooked on the base of house made beef consomme with ingredients as such,- minced pieces of meat, green cabbage, lots of beets, potato, carrots, basil, green onions and coriander, and finally spiced with paprika, holy smokes !
