Uppsala University / the Gustavianum houses the university's museum, and is also the oldest campus building. This is a "spire" on the roof; since Sweden gets something akin to the midnight sun, I believe one tells the time using this device by letting the sun be blocked out by the spire, then reading the hour closest to you.
