After several weeks without enough camera time, got out in the nice mid-40 (F) weather. For me, it's hard to find good subject matter on a bright sunny winter day with just bare fields and trees.
Made this image at the Manassas Battlefield National Park - hard on the eyes trying to position the sun "just so" in order to get this star burst effect. Done entirely in camera except for cropping and also cloning out the tops of trees that were at the bottom of the frame between the horse's legs.
