Folks seemed to like yesterday's montage (click "next" if you missed it). Here's a 2nd version with a more interesting perspective on the barn - framed with an old fence. The piece of wood that makes up the 2nd half of this 2-image sandwich is the same one as used in yesterday's PAD but flipped upside down.
I think that I prefer this version - http://www.pbase.com/ed_k/image/57009954 - which uses a different piece of wood which really changes the feel of the resulting image. My wife thought that the knot in the wood of my choice was distracting. I deferred since the last time I asked her opinion I ended up ignoring it; don't want to do that too often.
The mood of the two images is quite different. The sun came out when I shot the barn for today's PAD & brightened the scene. For yesterday's PAD it was cloudy and I was shooting the "shady" side of the barn to boot.
