4/19/05 - Eastern Redbud

One of my favorite color combinations for a photograph - green and magenta (the same combo as in the Maple Seed Mobile in the 4/17 pad). Eastern redbuds growing in a stand of loblolly pines.

Without a doubt, the colors contrast each other well. Purple, or there abouts always pop well when matched with greeen.
But hey, even without the composition of the trees is nice too!

I like the perspective of this photo. It is almost as though your eyes start at the top of the triangle and angle out. The colors are lovely.
