A lonesome pine in Big Meadows - Shenandoah National Park. I brightened this image up a bit; you can't tell that it was snowing to beat the band and the wind was howling. First time that I've gotten into the park in the winter. If there's any snow or ice they close the drive and then the only way in is to hoof it up & down the mountains.
