This is yesterday's Pad after it had a day to mature. It had to push through a thick layer of mulch to see the light of day - some still clinging on the right side. I went for the 70-300 lens with the increased working distance today after coming home with two deer ticks (begone, lyme disease) from laying on the ground for 15 minutes yesterday trying work up close and personal.
