Did you think that Blue Bells are blue? You'd be right most of the time, but they occasionally are pink and sometimes - but rarely - white. In the earliest bud stage they are pink and then turn purplish and then blue as they open (see lower right).
On the ground looking up at the flowers whose blossoms are about a foot above the ground and hanging down. Me, the tripod, and the camera picked up a fair amount of dirt over two hours.
