The mountain lake Gjende seen from the summit on Besshø/2258m.
The prominent peak in the far middle is St. Knutsholstind/2343m.
The time is 05:47 on 26. april 2006, some 15 min. after sunrise.
The story of "Bukkerittet" in Henrik Ibsens famous screenplay "Per Gynt"
took place on Besseggen, just out to the left of the picture here.
