This is the "Victoria Touring" model built by a company bearing the
name of a prominent and affluent Philadelphia family. The company made cars in
Philadelphia, and then new York, from 1914 to 1922. The cars were priced as high
as $4,100. This example is one of what is believed to be only five still existing.
