This building is actually curved about 180 degrees, with the ends facing the street on either side of
the image! With the camera set near the center point of the curve, the panoramic perspective
straightens the building. In the picture the curving sculpture in the front lawn plays off the
apparent rectilinearity of the building; in reality it echoes the curves. Sometimes we do strange
things to reality with panoramas.
