The sky over Singapore is usually overcast, sometimes with an environmental haze - this was a fortuitous shot.
This was taken approx. 8:30 AM, I adjusted the levels and curves in Photoshop to result in the light moon against the dark blue background. The image filled the viewfinder about 50% at this focal length of 1,120mm.
