This is the Madrasa Atabakiye, in memory of Tarkan Khatun, daughter of a ruler of Mosul and grand-niece of Nur al-Din, who married Malik al-Ashraf Musa (dien 1242). The square minaret seems to be a later addition.
It's entrance is spectacular.
