At the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate. The church is dedicated to St. George.

On the picture: Left half of the iconostasis (= a wall of icons and religious paintings, separating the nave from the sanctuary in a Orthodox church. The nave is the main body of the church where most of the worshippers stand; the sanctuary is the area around the altar, east of the nave, which during liturgical services is only entered by priests and deacons).

There is a traditional order for the placement of the icons on the iconostasis. On the left side: the Virgin Mary with Christ as a child, the patron saint of the Church (here: St. George), the Archangel Michael (hidden behind the candelabrum) and Sts Constantine and Helen (not on this picture).
