This is one of a series of pictures of a high quality Roman sarcophagus. It's of the "Sidemara type" (from a place near Konya). It's from the third century AD.
We here see a lion hunt that is remarkably like the one on the famous "Alexander Sarcophagus" in the Istanbul Archaeological Museum. Or, one might say, these people loved lion hunts, and so did Alexander.
