This construction, by Bihrat Mavitan, obviously represents a beached boat, it is a joy to look – or take pictures – trough its elegant skeleton. I hope the authorities will keep it in good repair, I know some horrid structures in Ankara that must have looked modern once, but due to “concrete rot” are an offence to the eye by now.
