The museum's main attraction is that it houses the original room where a congress was held on 4 September 1919. It has some other stuff of minor importance (like some woodwork, for instance a minber (pulpit)from the Divrigi Kale Mosque from the thirteenth century).

In the ‘Atatürk Kongre ve Etnografya Müzesi’: The room that was installed as Atatürk’s bedroom, during the Sivas Congress (4–11 September 1919). The overall style of the interior is Late-Ottoman ‘Turkish Baroque’, which was influenced by the 19th century European Neo-Classicism.
