It was the season when many people would start drying vegetables for the winter, and I am always taken by the views this presents. Or by how a window can be filled to the brim with small items.

Here you see some calico cloth in the Tokat style (see Gazioglu Han picture before). It was also the harvest season for hazelnuts, that's what's lying on the ground to dry.
