Oh, the joy of a good wide angle, whenever I stand under a good cupola I must give in to the temptation of taking this type of shot. I am saving for an even wider one. Of course this is the central dome and the side portals, one can imagine what it must have looked like with bright frescoes on it, what was probably how it was created.
