This is a sight you can see all over Turkey: man at the local "firin", the oven, where in some cases you can bring your own bread and bake it, or in some cases even cook food, in others professional bakers are busily preparing several delicious types of bread. Often open to the street, and in a hot city like Urfa with the windows wide open.
