This is Lycurgus entangled in the vine. From Harbiye, 4th century AD. Bearded and naked, Lycurgus is exhausted aftye4r struggling with vines. Its tendrils are used as a decorative filling.
Lycurgus and the vine figure in several versions of a myth. I do not with to choose one.
