Adana is famous for its spicy Adana Kebab. I passed a street where I first saw thick clouds of smoke, and decided I'd avoid that spot. But it looked photogenic, so I approached anyhow. Then I saw the smoke emanated from a kind of kitchen outside a restaurant, and the inside was smoke free and spotless. So I tried their meal, and returned next day because it was so good. I think I'll return next time I'm in town also.
