I used the guide in June 2010 when I made a trip to several of the regions mentioned and in my mind it is the best guide for the southeast that you might get.

The GABB project has a website at http://www.gabb.gov.tr/ . However, a site where the pdf was downloadable seems to have disappeared, instead I found a link where you can still download it though only in English (there was a Turkish version), I urge anyone interested in the region to do so before that disappears also.
