This was a specialty of a restaurant where I ate. They handed it as a starter, it was fresh, yet salty, yet sour, yet ?? I wrote down the name somewhere and then lost it. Does anybody know? I think it was a specialty of Sur (which is the name of the ancient, walled, inner city of Diyarbakır).
