Genuine 1950s era motel. When I first moved to this area, the sign outside actually boasted of having both television AND hot water. They've since taken that down, though with the lack of guests at the motel, I don't know if they now finally realize everyone knows they have television and hot water - or if those amenities are no longer offered.
